China (Lishui) Liangshan College, listed in Gulin County, Xuyong County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, experts in  value reform of Lishui ecological product came to help value realization project of local ecological product......In recent days, Lishui has delivered its experience of exploring the pilot reform of the value realization mechanism of ecological products, which have been the first of its kind in China, to the cooperation between the east and the west in order to help the green development and common prosperity of Wumeng Mountain area in Sichuan province.

According to the deployment of the new round of cooperation between the east and the west by the Central and Provincial Party Committees, At the end of April this year Lishui and Luzhou city under the jurisdiction of Xudong County, Gulin County located in the southeast of Sichuan Wumeng mountain area would be helping partners in the green development and common prosperity. How to help people in Wumeng Mountain Old Revolutionary Base Area go on the road of common prosperity as soon as possible? Persons in charge from Lishui Municipal Development and Reform Commission and relevant supporting units went to the field to research and proposed that the experience of ecological product value realization mechanism reform should be imported into the supporting areas, so as to activate the green development resources in Wumeng Mountain area and help the ecological product value transformation project, and realize the green leapfrog development of western China.

Using the experience of lishui, Gulin County Party Committee held a plenary session at the end of September，deliberated and adopted the Decision of Gulin County Committee of the Communist Party of China on Giving Priority to Ecological Innovation and Driving High-quality Construction of Ecological Products Value Realization Pilot Zone in Wumeng Mountain Area.The new goal was to build a world-class ecological chain of high-quality sauce wine industry and build a practice and innovation base of "lucid waters and lush mountains are priceless".

Organization Minister Zhang Jingshu of Xuyong County Party Committee also said that learning the good experience and practice of Lishui and strengthening the research on the value of ecological products would help Xuyong to explore a new path of ecological value realization led by healthy cultural tourism, released the unique charm and built green Xuyong to realize the value realization pilot area of high-quality ecological products in Wumeng Mountain area.

In addition to delivering ecological products to realize the value of the concept, Lishui to help Luzhou city's first test project has also entered the implementation stage. Deputy Director Dong Wangjun of Lishui Municipal Development and Reform Commission introduced the construction project of bamboo processing products with an annual output of 5000 tons of bamboo in Xuyong County of Luzhou City, located in Huangni Town of Xuyong County. Based on the ecological resources advantage of 1.4 million mu bamboo forest in Xuyong County, 15 million yuan of cooperation funds and supporting funds has been invested in the first phase, followed by 70 million yuan. After the project taking effect, it could directly increase the income of 877 people in 188 households out of poverty, which is a concrete practice of transforming ecological products into economic commodities.
