On August 26, 2019, Action Plan for Integrated Development of Lishui City integrating with Shanghai in all directions and Integrating into Yangtze River Delta with High-Quality formally launched, during the 13th  Five-year Plan, Lishui fully practices the concept of open development, and has achieved full coverage of cooperation with "districts and counties" in Shanghai. It has set up investment attraction center and tourism promotion center in the Yangtze River Delta, and implemented 37 investment attraction projects with a total investment of 17.944 billion yuan. The number of tourists from Shanghai has increased by 7.9% annually; A total of 890 cooperation projects were carried out, with 91.058 billion yuan of funds in place, and 20 scientific and technological innovation, industrial and pollution reduction enclaves were launched. Pilot economic and cultural cooperation zones for overseas Chinese have been further developed, and "World Supermarkets" have been opened in 63 cities…

Now, focusing on the "integration" and "high quality", Lishui made new breakthroughs in the key areas of deeply integrating into the Yangtze River Delta development.

Traffic is an important link between cities and the driving force of regional development. The reporter learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Department that since this year, Wen-Wu-Ji Project has completed the preparation, summary and review of the project feasibility study report; The phase I of Qu-Li Railway has completed investment of 68 million yuan and the phase II study report has been reported to the Identification center of China Railway Group; Jin-Tai railway came into operation, Huzhen station in Jinyun put into use, Lishui added a communication channel between Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places.

Hangzhou-Lishui Digital Mansion has introduced 75 projects with an occupancy rate of 59.3%; Lishui Enclave Project in Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area was successfully completed in May and is expected to be put into use by the end of this year. In the field of agriculture, Zhuhai has signed Framework Agreements of Cooperation and Communication with the Agricultural and Rural Departments of Baoshan District in Shanghai, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Huzhou and other places to strengthen mutual visits and communication in agriculture and rural areas and cooperation with rural industrial, and to build the whole supply chain system, expand 5 regional markets such as Ningbo, Wenzhou and Yiwu, and expand 10 physical stores.

In the financial field, Lishui introduced a securities institution and an insurance company this year, and Lishui Securities Business Department in Zhongshan Street of Xiangcai Securities Co., LTD. officially opened in the first quarter, Lishui Center Branch of Yongan Property Insurance Co., LTD. officially opened in May. Lishui signed the strategic cooperation memorandum of credit integration in Yangtze River Delta with Huangpu District to promote cooperation and communication in the credit field.

In the field of tourism, the city has actively participated in the Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo and the series of cultural and tourism communication and promotion activities of in Lishui.
