According to Zhejiang’s assessment measures for safe development and implementation rules for the Safe Development Tripod, only regions that maintain “safe development” status for 21 consecutive years are eligible for the “Three-Star Safe Development Golden Tripod”. From the first batch of “Safe Development Tripod”, “Safe Development Bronze Tripod”, “Safe Development Silver Tripod”, to “Safe Development Golden Tripod”, “One-Star Safe Development Golden Tripod”, “Two-Star Safe Development Golden Tripod”, and now the “Three-Star Safe Development Golden Tripod”, every step forward in winning the tripod and adding stars not only bears the painstaking efforts of all staff on the safe development front, but also pools the mighty strength of the whole city in joint contribution, governance and sharing.
