　　Shangcun Village, Anxi country, is seven kilometers from the county seat. Five years ago, it was the breeding characteristic village of Yunhe County. At most, there were 14 large farmers in the village and 350,000 poultry on hand, mostly along the Anxi river. Since the implementation of the five-water joint management, the first thing for Anxi township was to close down and stop all the breeding farms along the coast and carry out a major clean-up of the beaches under its jurisdiction. At the same time, it established a sewage terminal system each village to carry out collection and treatment as well as standardized discharge of all the discharged domestic sewage in the county, solving the most important water pollution problem from the source.  

　　Only after five years, the Anxi village has been restored to its former tidiness, and a stream of beautiful water has not only attracted tourists one after another, but even attracted the nearly extinct wild grouper. Wu Menghua, a fisher, was attracted by the clear water of Anxi and opened a frog farm at the upper reaches. ‘Wild frogs only live in undeveloped and inaccessible streams, the water quality requirement for it is the highest of all fish.’ Wu Menghua said. In order to breed frogs, he looked for many streams but could not find a suitable one. After the water remediation, the water quality became so good that he immediately decided to build a freshwater fish sightseeing garden here and introduce water from the creek to the frog farm. The frog farm flowed out into dozens of high and low Koi sightseeing pools, which eventually flowed into farmland and returned to streams after irrigation, forming a three-dimensional breeding pattern. It has also resolved the problem of farmland irrigation at one stroke. In order to thoroughly solve the problem of non-point source pollution in rural areas, Anxi country has actively carried out waste separation; every village has established a garbage exchange supermarket, and has also built the first garbage-free scenic spot in the county. Visitors coming to the scenic area can take the garbage to exchange tickets, mineral water and souvenirs of scenic spot. It has refreshed the stereotype of the urban residents on their impression of the countryside, which used to be dirty, chaotic and poor.

　　Three years ago, it was still an unknown village. Due to the location of Changting with mountains in the back and water in the front, alongside the Ou river, the two committees of the village made a bold decision and put forward the strategy of “seeing the sea in the clouds and playing with sand in the mountains”, deciding to create from nothing and built a beach with the pebble beach of a thousand meter long.

The domestic sewage of all households was collected and discharged after passing through the terminal system. It is one of the earliest villages in the county to achieve 'zero raw polittion’.  

　　Xu Shaokai originally worked in the county town, leaving the old man in his family alone in the village. After the beach project was built, he took the opportunity to learn cooking and went home to start the farmhouse. "There have been several tables every night. There is no place at the weekend without reservation in advance. When he is free, he grows vegetables in his own farmhouse, reducing costs and being healthy.” Xu Shaokai is very satisfied with his life. Liu Maogen, an 80-year-old man who used to like to cook a variety of dried vegetables and dried beans, used to give the spare vegetables to his neighbors. After the beach project was built, he tried to sell his own dried vegetables at his doorstep. He did not expect that these vegetables are highly welcomed by tourists. "The dried vegetables I made were clean and delicious. They were not enough to sell. They were all called by old customers to book in advance. I didn't expect that I was 80 years old and still can make money to supplement my family."the old man said with a big smile  

　　Returning to the countryside to control water and build a beautiful rural area. 

　　On the third day of the lunar calendar, the Zhuangqian She Village in Fuyun Street was particularly lively. More than 4,000 people went to Zhuangqian Village to participate in the March 3 event. Jin Jianzhong, the secretary of the party branch of Hechang and the village, said that in the past, the village could not engage in such large-scale activities. The Zhuangqian River flowing through the village was not so clean before  and the village garbage was also dumped, and the environment was very bad. Jin Jianzhong himself has been doing tea business in Hangzhou and bought a tea mountain in Longjing Village, Hangzhou. After the beginning of the work of Five Water Joint Renovation, Jin Jianzhong, who has been paying attention to the development of the village, took the initiative to invite come back to be the manager of the river. The manager has to patrol the river every week, which has a great impact on his business. I have no time to go to Hangzhou and therefore management of the tea mountain was handed over to others." Jin Jianzhong said. 

　　The village is beautiful and now the economy has to keep up. This is a small goal that Jin Jianzhong has set for his own village. Since last year, Jin Jianzhong has introduced a rooftop photovoltaic power generation project for the village. With a total of 5,800 square meters, 930 solar photovoltaic units, annual power generation of about 300,000 kilowatt hours, the photovoltaic project can earn about 250,000 yuan per year. On the third day of March, the photovoltaic project was officially connected to the grid for power generation. 

　　Many township sages like Jin Jianzhong have returned from the outside.According to preliminary statistics, there are 122 village-level river manager in the county, and more than 30 of them have been doing business outside.. In recent years, with the implementation of rural revitalization, they have returned to their homes with technology, capital, and contacts, and actively seek rural development. River manager Ye Guoping of Meiyuan Village in Chongtou Town used to set up a factory in the field. When he earned money, he wanted to contribute to his hometown. He returned to the village and took the initiative as a river manager. "Next, we must protect the good ecological environment. It is necessary to build rural infrastructure and develop industries that are in line with the characteristics of the countryside, so that farmers have more ways to go."
