It has attracted academicians from China Academy of Sciences, China Academy of engineering, international nuclear energy academy, Royal Canadian Academy of Sciences and other domestic and foreign scholars. More than 600 guests from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Fudan, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Wuhan University, Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, Zhijiang laboratory and other well-known domestic universities and research institutes, as well as representatives of Yangtze River Delta talent alliance, entrepreneurs and investment and financing institutions attended.

For example, the municipal government signed a cooperation agreement with the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Zhejiang Province to build "Lishui Berlin Hainer incubator" in Berlin, Germany, and set up the Yangtze River Delta integrated talent Association Alliance.

Up to now, Lishui has built 33 academician and expert workstations and 45 postdoctoral (Doctoral) workstations. In the past five years, more than 10000 talents and 180 high-level projects have been introduced, providing strong talent support for Lishui's high-quality green development. 

　　You Zheng, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and vice president of Tsinghua University, fully affirmed the green development of Lishui and looked forward to practical cooperation between the two sides. He said that in March this year, Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lishui, which further deepened cooperation with Lishui. Innovation is the theme of the times, green is the essence of Lishui development, and high-quality green development is the new strategy of Lishui development. To achieve high-quality green development, the key is to rely on technological innovation to transform the development momentum, establish the concept that talent is the first resource, put the development of talent resources in the priority position of innovation, and accelerate the establishment of R & D innovation platform. Lishui has a broad stage for entrepreneurship and innovation, and solid conditions for entrepreneurship and innovation. 　　Zhang Qin, former vice chairman of the Chinese Association for science and technology, academician of the International Academy of nuclear energy and member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), praised Lishui for holding high the banner of development in recent years, introducing the policy of weighing talents and promoting high-quality green development. In his opinion, Lishui should focus on the opportunity of building science and technology innovation center in Southwest Zhejiang Province, and introduce well-known universities at home and abroad. In his opinion, it is necessary to firmly establish talent awareness and introduce heavy talent policies to effectively promote the high-quality and green development of Lishui.
