In the past six months, 10 large projects with a value of more than 1billion yuan have been introduced (including 3 projects with a value of more than 2billion yuan and 1 project with a value of 10 billion yuan). The number has been the highest in the same period of previous years, exceeding the level of last whole year.

In terms of talent recruitment, in the first half of the year, Lishui nine counties (cities, districts) and Lishui Economic Development Zone newly introduced 37,829 college graduates and other talents, including 382 doctors and 1304 masters.

Lishui introduced DongXu High-end Optoelectronic Semiconductor Material Project, and realized the breakthrough of the zero ten-billion project.

As the first 10-billion level major manufacturing project in our city, the project had a total investment of 11 billion yuan and a land area of about 450 mu. The project used the most advanced technologies and processes in the production of optoelectronic semiconductor materials in China, such as the "First Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress and The Gold Medal of Chinese Patent", breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign countries on China's semiconductor high-end equipment market, effectively alleviating the "bottleneck" problem in some display materials and equipment manufacturing fields in China, and effectively ensuring the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain.

It has not been just a 10-billion project in Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone. According to Ying Gangqiu, director of the Investment Promotion Department of Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone, from January to June, 28 industrial projects were launched in the zone, with a total investment of 22.79 billion yuan, of which 20 projects above 100 million yuan (6 projects above 1 billion yuan and 14 projects above 100 million yuan).

Recruiting large and strong enterprises has become the "gold signboard" of Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone to attract investment. Over the past six months, there have been 8 projects of central enterprises, top 500 companies and listed companies, including GENTECH Industries, RuiSheng Semiconductor, UNICMICRO, Mabwell Medicine, DeLi Medicine, WangRong Semiconductor, UNIPRIL and DongXu Optoelectronics, and innovative platforms such as Hangzhou Electric Lishui Research Institute and Zhejiang Dahua Lishui Big Data Workstation have been established.

Not only in Lishui Economic Development Zone, Songyang county also successfully introduced 20 projects from January to June, among them has 11 large projects, which achieved 85% of the municipal target, including 8 large manufacturing projects. On June 27, 16 projects with a total investment of more than 20 billion yuan were collectively signed at the promotion meeting of the county's Economic Stabilization and Quality Improvement Action, covering many fields, such as intelligent transportation, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, medical and health care.
